Why We Started

My Lucky Tail started with a simple belief: pets are family.

Like many pet parents, we know the feeling of worrying when your dog slips out of the yard, searching for products that actually work, or ordering something online only to realize it doesn’t live up to the photos. We noticed that a lot of pet products felt rushed, overpriced, or made without real pet owners in mind.

Our goal was never to become a giant corporation. We simply wanted to build a brand we’d feel comfortable buying from ourselves.
